I'd do it again 100 times over.
Here's a couple pictures of the spoiler on my car.

Instal was straight forward, getting the double sided tape off from where your factory spoiler was was the toughest part as far as I'm concerned. It helped to have a friend to help line up the new spoiler because once you peel the tape back you want to stick it on right the first time and not try to jimmy it around after you've already got the tape stuck to line the holes up or anything.
It only uses two of the four holes from the factory spoiler, and the instructions say to drill an additional two holes in the decklid, but I did not drill the extra holes and it's been fine for me. I used some RTV silicon to seal up around the unused holes so it doesn't leak in the trunk.

.
I did mine a little differently with the double-sided tape. For each piece of the tape, just pull off enough so that when you fold the edge over, you have just a little "tail" of the backing paper that you can pull on once the spoiler is flipped over and onto the trunk. When you flip it over and put it onto the trunk, you'll have 4 (or 6) "tails" hanging out. THen you can position the spoiler and once it is in the proper place, pull the tails and remove all the rest of the backing paper and then push the spoiler down to bond the double sided tape to the trunk. I then placed several heavy books onto the length of the spoiler for a few hours.
