Need rim info & recommendation

I have a 2006 Mustang GT vert with stock 18" rims.

I ran over a serious pot hole and dented two of my factory rims and also have bubbles in two of my tires.

Instead of paying for two stock replacements, it may be time to just replace the rims.

I'm considering either these rims: http://www.ctrwheels.com/chrome.htm

Or these: http://www.americanmuscle.com/2007-g...rome-2005.html

I'm not sure what the offsets mean?

Are there any advantages or disadvantages between these two?

Can either of these have the stock 18" tires or do I need to buy 4 new tires?

Thanks for everyones info and help!

I definately like the first choice. I have 17" stock bullet on my 07. I want to upgrade to either 18 or 19 inch. Let us know which one you choose.

differences

But do you understand the differences? Like what exactly does this stuff mean and which is better?

CTR: 18X9, offset 24mm, backspace 5.95"
AmericanMuscle: 18X9.5, offset 50mm+, backspace 7.22"

Also can I put two of my stock 18" tires plus two new ones, on either of these rims? Or do I need 4 new tires?

I found them on Ebay. I think http://oewheelsdirect.com sells them. They do not have them on the site but I have seen them in their ads in some stang mags. Mine are 20 x 8.5 al the way around. They also offer 20 x 10 for the back but I wanted the option of rotating the tires since these cars are know to chew up front tires. The tires are 255 35 20. The car is also dropped about an inch with FRRP springs.
