The wheels are Liquid Metal "Static" in 18x9.5 with a +50mm offset. Honestly, I don't know if they would clear the Brembo kit, but my suspicion is that they would. There's a LOT of space between the caliper and the spokes, especially close to the rim itself. I'm quite happy with the wheels, especially since they're "different," and not the typical Bullitt, GT or GT500 style.

The tires are Nitto NT555 with 255/45 up front and 285/40 in back. Stock sizes for the GT500.

Not sure why it did the double post. Darn system.

Anyway, I don't think clear corners/signals are rice, but I do think clear taillights are

Sutton HP is a sponsor too!

When: April 19, 2008

Where: Busse Woods in Schaumburg, IL
(Right off 290)

Time: 11:00am

Grove Location: #24 and #25

I've been so focused on getting my car ready for the season opener on the 12th with my car club at Byron, and then the season opener with NASA on the 25/26, that my mind IMMEDIATELY associated CMC with "Camaro-Mustang Challange," which is one of the NASA classes...

I should be able to make that meet, I have a load-in the day before, but nothing on the books for that day. You're a Tungsten Grey GT with a Steeda hood, right? Which grove are you planning on camping out in?

Not sure on which grove, its just one long road that everyone parks on. Ill try to get as close as possible to the circle part(turn around)
Trying to get that day off of work, otherwise I wont get there until 230

Since you quoted on the wheels, I'm assuming that wheel shots are what you were looking for... These are all I could find offhand, if there's a specific angle you're looking for, let me know, and I'll see if I can take a snap or two.

Okay, checked out the wife's camcorder, and apparently I have no computer that offers a DV port... Second best option would be to upload recorded .WAV files...

Here's the setup that I used to record the clips, if anybody cares: Shure KSM44 large-diaphragm mics, flat response, figure-8 pattern in a Blumlein alignment, which allows for full stereo field and mono phase compatibility. I suggest using good headphones or external speakers to listen, the audio is about as purs as can be on a computer...

First clip is start to idle:

Second clip is idle to a few revs (1500, 3000, 4500) and then shutdown.

Hope that helps!

Oh, and DarkFire, you'll be happy to note that I did clean the exhaust tips....

The hood pins came from Shelby (made by Scott Drake), and the rear bumper is the stock GT/CS piece.

I love fried rice as well, but I don't like the smell of the exhaust from cars running that special Sake alcohol additive...

Oh, and RICE in my book stands for

R: Ridiculous
I: Import
C: Coffe-Can
E: Exhaust

Car looks good. Definitely not rice'd.

I dig the clean look of the clear turns, but I've got to agree with Adrenalin that the clear taillights would push into the rice-stratosphere.

And that sound set-up is killer! That is dedication to capturing the sound quality!

No pic but this a link for rear facia where your dealership can order from and you pay no shipping.(Base number matches the same bumper cover from Ford accessories)

Clear turns look good, thinking about getting them myself. My L has them and makes a big difference, especially on a silver car.
