Get out a hairdryer. Heat up one corner of the stripe and the lift it off using your finger nail. As you pull off the stripe just move the hairdryer along a few inches at a time. There may be some adhesive residue. Get goo-gone or stop by a sign/body shop to see if they can put an adhesive remover on a rag for you. Wipe it off and then go and wash your car. You don't want to leave the chemical on while you car is baking in the sun.

Also, once you've got it started and heating (a hairdryer is good, but a true heat gun is better) as you go, pull the vinyl toward you at about a 90 degree angle from the side of the car. Enough heat, a steady pull, and a little patience and you should be good, with very little residual adhesive. It's also nice that their only a couple of months old. The material is still flexible and not brittle.
