The wife says she thought it was CJ Pony Parts. I'll check with her to be sure and post an answer.

It was CJPONYPARTS.com

Dans GT: Suggest you invest in a set of FRPP GTA's ($260) to fill out the exhaust holes, then get a C&L CAI with a Bamachips tune, so you'll actually have more HP than the Shelby GT. Then, to finish the job , swap out the front grill for the Shelby GT's, and paint the black section of the front fascia white. Lastly, remove the GT/CS side stripes, and you have a Shelby GT clone....the only external things that won't be exactly accurate are the rear valance (the Shelby GT uses the stock rear valance), and the hood scoop, but IMHO the GT App package hood scoop is better looking than the tacked-on-with-rivets Shelby GT one. Oh, and the stripes on the Shelby GT are silver.....and then you have a Shelby GT clone....to match your license plate.

Personally I thought about buying the gt\cs stripes from Baltimore Street Mods. They make differents colors. I thought about getting Silver Stripes for my GT\CS.

That would look very cool. I love the color of your car...that was my original choice, but I choose Perf White since its easier to keep looking clean. Silver GT/CS stripe and silver LeMans stripes would look sweet!

We are waiting on the body shop to test fit the stripes, AKA "cut to fit."

The overall length of the '68 Stripe kit is longer than the '07 kit, it locates the GT/CS on the side scoop. Instead of the front fender area.

Will post pics, also having CDC light bar and Midwest Auto gear stuff installed.

I purchased two small chrome cobra emplems to go right under the GT/CS on each side. At the moment I haven't put them on because I can't figure out why they should be there except I think they would look sharp.

+1 on that don't appologize, it's your car do what you want. the Shelby look is part of the cars heritage, so who cares if you put a snake on the car? I personally like the Horse but it's not my car. Now if you slapped a Bowtie or a Ram on there I might find something wrong with that. Anyway the car came out awesome
