Question about fab work on hood

Can u cut open your stock hood an attach these? Like a poor mans saleen hood...

By adding these vents does it make it extract heat? Sorry for my ignorance

I have not seen those, but ppl have put the 2010 GT500 extractor in the factory 05-09 hood

Yea that car looks fantastic... Same look I'm going for...sorta... But that exacter looks too bulky... I want something flush...
