I got my Midwest Auto Gear Side Mirror Inserts today. I drove my car to the dealership. While its very cold, its not snowing, and the roads are finally clear (we got 18" of snow Sunday).. I put the car in the garage to warm the side mirrors up, to help in the adhesion of the tape. Here are the pics, plus a before and after.

This mod it a MUST HAVE for anyone who wants to dress their car up. So easy to do, took all of 10 minutes. Really makes the car look better, and some of my co-workers said they really look factory. You can't tell that they didn't come like that stock. The fit and finish are top notch. Midwest is going to sell a TON of these. Way to go guys. I love your product.

For everyone, I started this thread so everyone can post their pics of their side mirror inserts. Feel free to add your pics.

The instruction say NOT to wash your car for 24 hours. I think they will stay put!

They look great guys I particularly like these cause the mirror isn't completely the car color. I like the two-tone with the black. When I have the spare bucks this is a definate mod.

Is there a TMS Special to get the inserts? On the MidWest website, it shows them as still coming soon.

I can't wait to get mine and I agree they should have come from the factory. The "groove" where they fit makes me think they were planned and deleted. There are quite a few things like that. I know they tried really hard to keep the base V6 at an affordable price point. I have a feeling that when it came down to the wire, some things got deleted to make it. I have to say, though, I LOVE THIS CAR!

I agree the red ones just POP off that car. Not that the others don't look good.
