Just received my Tungsten side mirror inserts from Midwest today. Fortunately, the temperature warmed up in MI today [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/04.gif[/img]

Another Vista Blue set installed. Put these on yesterday as it was unseasonably warm here. Midwest Auto Gear nailed the color and they look fantastic!

 

Well for all the hype thats been going on for weeks, where are the pics?

My Redfires are paid for, and shipped (I hope).

I guess my Redfire pics will be the first for that color.

 

Installed mine today...thanks for the tip on putting a piece on tape on the outside...

 

I want to put mine on but, I'm afraid it may be too cool here still. So yes Burnt you may be first with Redfire.

 

Why none in black?

WOW....I'm still waiting for mine to come in, but those mirror covers in Performance White really do look awesome. It changes the whole side of the car. And Nole, the clear turn signals look great as well! Classy and clean looking........... [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/thumb.gif[/img]

Black here. Yes I know the mirrors are allready black but it does give it a nice contrast. Sorry for the pics being so dark went to a show tonight and havent had time to snap some pics in the daytime yet.

 

I think the gloss adds a missing touch, black or not. Very nice [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/thumb.gif[/img]

Took me a few days, but here are mine. I love how they subtly change the look of the car.

 

Man all these look great! I put my name on the list, but haven't gotten any email or mention from midwest what so ever. So I emailed em over the weekend but no response.

Guess I'll have to wait-anyone know when they will become available on the web?

I heard painting them may not be good due to the surface type, i would assume even worse if in extreme heat/cold or both (ie. Midwest states)-------hopefully this isn't true [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/dunno.gif[/img]
