Yes it is. If you look at the mud flaps before installing you will see that there is a smooth part and a textured part. I basically lined mine up so only the textured part is seen and this eliminates seeing the the square hole that it used for the clip on the Shelby bumper. I will go take some pics right now.

You didn't use the bottom hole on the guard- it looks like you drilled your own hole for the bottom screw. Since you moved the hole you probably didn't use the clip, right? I found that the clip helped a lot in securing the guard to the bumper cover. That's why I was asking on page 1 of this thread about how you mounted it.

Yes Phorty, thats correct. I did not use the clip. Since I didn't use the clip I cant compare to yours but the way I have it mounted without the clip is solid as a rock, its not going anywhere.
