Here's my confession.............................I like the stock ride height. Don't get me wrong here, I don't dislike lowered stangs, I just prefer the stock height.

Love the stock scoop. Hood is TOO big and plain without it and it adds a muscular feel to the front of the car. Yep, I paid for mine. Glad I did.

Hate the stock spoiler. Delete option all the way.

I got the GT appearance package(scoop included). Not worth it.It also came with rolled tips and the engine cover, thats all they list on the window sticker for $825.00. I'm just glad they knocked a couple of grand of the price of the car. Had to have that Grabber though

The Roush scoop I used to have on my car drove me crazy because it wasn't functional. Now with the shaker it's at least semi-functional. Now I have to figure out how to make my side scoops functional.

shaker for the win!!!!
How much more power did you gain with the shaker?
IMHO, the shaker is just as fake as the fake hood scoop. And yes, the hood looks bare without a scoop...it's a must have for a Mustang...I just wished it would sit flush all the way around
and yes, the stock spoiler is :gay:

changed mine out to the GT500 style for a smoother look

I agree, I would never turn down a set of nice breasts...real ones or fake ones.

I agree with you OKLA...I like how the rear end stands up...ready to charge...old school look. Lowered Stangs look too much like rice They don't look bad, but IMO not for a Stang.

Yup, the scoop brings it all together. It would have been nicer if it were molded into hood

is there any hope for me?

what should i do?

do you have anything you'd like to confess?
I think this topic was what mods do you like that you feel guilty about.
Ultimately you make your payments/purchase what you like, so kudos to all with a Stang! Not really into bashing other people and their personal tastes.
Anybody got anything THEY did that they think is questionable?

there isnt much gain as far as HP for the shaker

but for nostalgia, appearance, and straight up cool factor, i would say I gained.
