Well guys I get mine installed Wednesday and it gets wet sanded and buffed. When I get it home I will install the MRT struts and see what happens.

I hope I don't get a warp issue. it was flat before so I hope I get lucky.

I will post the shots of the Cervini 68 KR hood tomorrow. I just Finished installing the CDC Classic chin and a repainted Fascia ( Don't ask on that issue ) and a Xenon duck tail. With all that and my Silver Horse Quarter louvers my 68 Shelby theme is coming together quite nicely.

Got the hood mounted and the MRT hood struts installed. No warp at all. they do struggle just a bit with the added weight but it will stay up unless a good wind blows. So far I am very happy with the look and fit. The issues I had were more from the body shop than anyone else. They just didnt prep the parts like they needed and had to redo all there work. I think it gave them a lesson they wont forget. Good prep work would have saved at least a week of issues.

I do have some contact issues with the hood and my MWAG Strut covers. One little corner touches the hood. I guess thats why we call them works in progress.

MRT Struts

Just go my KR hood installed and painted. The bodyshop did not reinstall the MRT struts because they say they won't hold the hood up. I might try again-will yours stay up?
thanks
