GT Hood Scoop Switch

I had a quick question for those of you that have the factory or a shaker style hood scoop... If I get the GT Appearance Package with the factory scoop and then wanted to switch over to a "Shaker" syle scoop; are there any issues with this? Meaning since the "shaker" look like it requires a smaller foot print are there any hole left over from removing the factory scoop to get a "shaker" installed? I know the factory scoop is for show only but wanted to get it and then upgrade to the "Shaker" later...

Any issues? Has anyone done this?

Thanks!

The hole for the shaker will not encompass the factory scoop holes.

Don't order the GT appearance package and get the engine cover and tailpipe tips separately. That's what I did.

You'll have to fill the three upper holes (towards windshield) that mount the scoop. The others are all within the area removed for the Shaker.
