They fit well but I don't think that mud flaps belong on sporty cars.

This thread probably belongs in "Exterior Mods".

And sorry, I don't like them either. Look to generic, and like they belong on a dump truck. Not saying your car looks like one, just don't like them.

If you don't want people's opinions, probably shouldn't post up. But that's me.

As long as you like them, that's all that should matter to you.

You know, you can also get moulded mud flaps. I think they're Ford OEM - I have them, but I got them off eBay so I don't remember for sure.

The purpose behind mud flaps, are designed to protect your car from stone chips, and road grime. Not as an appearance mod.

IMO stone chips are far more ugly to look at, than mud flaps which are easily removable in seconds. If you're at a car show or something, just pop em off until your ready to hit the road again.

I know I'll be purchasing a set, that's for d@mn sure !

The leading edge of my rocker panels are extremely chipped. I wish I had had them when the car was new to prevent that form happening. Now if the flaps had Yosemite Sam or chrome ladies on them, that would say dumptruck!

again... I don't recall writing the words 'hey guys, do you think my flaps belong on a dump truck'??? If you don't like something , don't post proclaiming your opinion.. Its called being nice to people.

It's a public forum, and people will post what they want.

They work great, and that's the beauty of them. Run them on the street, pop them off for shows. They literally attach and detach in seconds. I wish they made them for the other cars I own, I'd have them on everything.

Thanks for the compliments guys, we are glad you like our product.

My cars aren't garage queens I like to drive the wheels off of them and still keep them looking good.

I designed the product originally for concours driven classic cars, specifically my '70 Boss 302, I loved to drive the car but didn't want to ruin the beautiful and expensive paint, drill holes in the car or install clear shield. I have to admit I'm not a great fan of the look of splash guards so I designed them to cause no damage to the car, provide adequate protection, blend in to the lines of the car and tires, and be easily removable for shows.

After installing them on the Boss I took the car drag racing (14.3@103), to car shows and did burnouts in it just like it was meant to be used and the car never suffered another paint chip on the rockers.

I designed the splash guards for the '05+ Mustangs with the same things in mind.
I bought a 2006 Mustang GT and tested the splash guards extensively on it before ever offering them for sale, I have taken the car drag racing (13.6@104), put the car on the track at high speed, and driven through a couple harsh winters, so far I have put over 40,000 miles on it never had a product failure and my rockers still look like new.

We hope that the product helps keep your Mustang looking like new for many years.

I was thinking about getting a set for when I drive the car on the highway. I used the clear stone guard on the rockers but the areas it didn't cover are chipped pretty badly. So at a car show the rockers look like crap. These would be great since I would be able to remove them at the shows.
