Final exterior mods to begin... (FITTING PICS POSTED)

Imagine my car with the Shelby CS6 front fascia, the GT/CS rear fascia, Trufiber GTS-2 hood, Foose side skirts, Foose rear spoiler, Agent 47 mirrors, SHR louvers, and CDC billet grille. Some of these are already on the car, the rest will happen when I take her into the painters next Saturday. I'm also having the car wet sanded to get rid of orange peel, then re-sprayed and clear coated. Nothing like a smooth black paint job!

I've also got the new suspension going on next week. Going with FRPP struts/shocks and springs. Spohn LCA, adj UCA, adj panhard bar, and LCA relocation bracket. Should look and handle sick when it's all done.

I'll be sure to update the following photo next month when I get the car back! I'm so excited that I feel like a dancing banana!!!!

-danny

Pics are now on page 2 of the beginnings....

Very nice. Where are you getting the Foose parts from?

Found someone who had a set of each. Was just a lucky find!

Most definitely. I wasn't sure there was anything else you could do to your car to enhance it, but with that list, I'm sure it will look even better.

What grill do you have in the picture? Im looking for a grill like the shelby gts or cervani billet grill, yours looks similar. Let me know if you want to sell it..

That's the CDC grille, and I'm keeping it. I've seen the Cevini's and I feel that the CDC is a tougher piece, but has lest horizontal bars. Well worth the price though!

Please don't get the CS6 front! Your car looks amazing with the stock fascia. That CS6 is terrible looking, it just doesn't look right.

CS6 is already in transit, and I think once all the parts come together, you'll think differently about the CS6. With the hood, I think it will have a 66 GT350 flair.

What's the CS6 again? Anywho, your car has always been one of my favorites. Can't wait to see the update. Don't ever change the wheel/tire and red body accent combo.

Just noticed one thing - have you considered tinting your front turn signals?

Shelby CS6 front fascia. I think that this will come together nicely with everything else.

And no worries, I'm not getting rid of the ridline tires, Konig wheels, and red side stripe.

MAN I CAN'T WAIT!

Can't wait for the pics. Your car looks bad *** as it is, I'm looking forward to the final product...if there is such a thing when it comes to these cars.

So far you've made some excellent choices on mod applications.Having the time to figure out what you really want doesn't hurt either.Of all the Stangs I've seen yours is prolly the most retro s-197 that comes to mind.

Well yesterday I was up at Dallas Mustang, and have scheduled my suspension installation next Thursday. I'll post pics once it's done. The cool thing is that they had some custom seats there, that look just like the 66 Pony interior seats, with the embossed running horses and all. Guess who's going with black with red inserts? :-)

So many options so little money ;-)

Definitely need a long list of pics when you have everything complete. Interior as well as exterior. I agree with one of the earlier posters, your car has always been one of my favorites. I can't wait to see it after these extra mods.

What wheels are those? Also how much did they cost?
