looks like the TruFiber GT-S hood, especially since that's a stock GT fascia it's fitting on (otherwise i'd have suspected it's the Racer Car Factory version )

It looks good on that car they have so I am hoping it is the Trufiber hood. I still can't seem to get anyone to pipe up on how metallic paint lays on fiberglass next to a metal fender yet though. Since I have a CS, I'd really like to throw on a hood that give it even more of the retro look.

If your car has fading issues then you might have to have the paint blended into the fenders to get a perfect matched paint job.
In the painting industry you really do get what you pay for if you want perfection its going to cost a bit more but well worth the cost.

My colors match pretty good on my mustang now, but a local shop that did my GT500 spoiler said that metallic flakes lay differently on plastic than they do on metal. Something to do with the static charge. The colors are near identical on my Vista blue Mustang but you can just see a slight difference in the spoiler, hood scoop, and side scoots. I really like that Trufiber hood though and I may consider it after seeing some other folks who have done theirs in a metallic. I never thought of this when I chose my color at ordering time. Matching a solid over a metallic seems a bit easier.

To me it looks like a tumor out of control
I hate just about every aftermarket hood, after years of plastic hoods we finally get a razor sharp aluminum one. The only aftermarket hood I really like is the one with the two recessed 'vents' like the original Bullitt car had, I think trufiber makes it, that or a shaker in the stocker.

If you are referring to the maroon/burgundy colored Mustang, that hood and front end is from Cervini. They recently released a 68 KR Ram Air hood, it's listed on their site. Personally, not a fan. I don't think the proportions are quite right. Truefiber looks to be a better looking hood. If they can match the quality of Cervini's parts, they will have a winner

Has anyone seen any better pictures of the Big Ram Hood? Looks decent. But who can speak of there quality and workmanship? Big deal when buying something this expensive.
Actually Im not sure I trust a site which posts the DCF hood and the TruFiber hood as the same hood. BIG differences between the two.
