I'm swapping trunk lids with my brother in-law. My Gt with stock spoiler for his V6 spoiler delete. we're gonna need to swap the Faux gas caps, so what's the best way to remove them and re-attach them? Thanks.

 

Fishing line is a good way to cut through the tape. Helps if you warm up the emblem with a hair dryer. Once off you need to remove the rest of the adhesive and clean them up. Use 3M tape to put them back on but leave a small section of tape missing along the bottom so that any water that gets behind the emblem can drain out.
