As am I
Hopefully I get some more white in. he's supposed to send a few more sets, but who knows if and when that will ever happen.
I did forget to ask you guys. The remaining stock will be put on ebay in a few weeks, so that I can make my money back. Do you guys mind me using your pictures for the auction? If you do mind, just let me know.

Once I make my money back, I'll find a different shop to make them, and I'll work on getting some more done, probably some with wording, too. You can give him my email address, but I'm sure I'll update the thread when I get some more in. If he wants to buy the black ones I have left, I would be fine with that. Unfortunately, I can't honor the TMS pricing anymore, as I have to come out ahead, but I'd keep it still reasonable.
First off, I would like to thank you, Steve, for doing these, especially during the toughest time of your life.
I'm happy to say that I'm totally content with the product. I think Rev did a good job on them. Others may have a different opinion, but I for one am happy.
I chose not to do the front quarter panels due to not wanting to shorten the rest of the sticker. If I can eventually get some extra material from you, Steve, I will do the quarter panels.
The pictures don't due the car justice. I took these fast just so you could get a feel for how they will look. I plan on taking better pictures, in better conditions soon.

Steve I sent you a PM.
I have been looking for fading side stripes for a while now, seen the ones from Auto Trim but the page does not tell you enough.
@RUgoinUp?
How hard was it to remove the "GT" emblem and reinstall it? I did not want anyone having to pry on my car so I though up using the rocker design from the 67 GT so no one would have to remove it (like in the pic). These look great though. I asked Steve but do you know what body line they used to make these straight on the car?

For your viewing pleasure (and no, it's not one of Steve's Photoshop jobs!)...
Complete 'How-To' write-up coming.. stay tuned.

Those look frickin' sick. I'm so glad they came out right. It is hard to tell the difference between my chops and the real thing. I like the 3rd pic the best.
Now let's see some black, guys!

Steve, if you want to include some written instructions along with the stripes, here's the write-up in MS Word.

Steve, these stripes are great. The quality is superb. My only comment is that for those of us installing them in the middle, the stripes needs to be just a bit longer. The stripe ended about 3" short from the edge of the door. You can't notice until you're up close but it is noticeable. Also, the solid part needs to be longer as well so that a piece can be put up by the front bumper.
Here is a picture for now. I'll be posting a write up soon also. Doing it in the middle is abit more involved because you have to remove the GT emblem first.

I think when I do my next run, I will make them long enough to be used whereever, and people can just trim them. Didn't think about that. But they look great! email me at fadingstripes@gmail.com and I'll see about getting you some extra material for the front.
Steve, I was going to mention about making the next run a tad longer in length too, but looks like you're already going to do that.
btw, did I mention how much I love these stripes?

I can't tell you how many people are commenting and gawking at the car since I put my stripes on.Personally, I don't mind them not reaching the door. The object of a fading stripe is achieved either way.
Don't forget that since we trimmed the stripe to contour at the beginning, that cost us a couple inches off the overall length.
Looks great Dan!
