I did speak with them briefly today. They are unable to do these in house, so they've contacted one of their vendors and she's just waiting for a response from them. If I don't get a quote this week, I'll start lookin' somewhere else. I want to get moving on these as much as you guys.

Ok, I'm still working out some design details with the shop, but I've got my quote. I'll PM all who have sounded interested. Anyone else that's interested, pm me or reply here.

I'll ask you in your PM's too, but what designs do you guys want, and what colors? I'm starting by ordering 50 stripes total (25 left/25 right) and hopefully I'm going to be able to do different designs. That's what I'm waiting on. If I keep myself on top of this, we're looking at 2-4 weeks from now for delivery to you guys.

For general info for everyone;

What's the final dimensions you came up with? And like the PS version posted, will this fade extend all the way or close to the end of the door?

What colors will be available?

Text character limit?

 

4" x 46" are the dimensions. They will fade out right before the end of the door.

I'm not sure on colors, I'm waiting on that.

I will set the character limit to 8, including spaces.

Ok, from almost all of my PM's, it sounds like everyone is looking for No text. That's what we're going to do for this run, then. Turns out the minimum per design is 50 (25 per side). And I can't float enough cash right now to afford other designs. If these sell as well as I think they will, though, more designs should become available.

I've got more information on how they're being made. I'm not sure how the GT/CS ones are done, as I haven't had a chance to get up close to them. But these are going to be made just like the SN95 Mach 1's. They will be printed on clear vinyl. It's not really gloss, but not exactly matte, either. They can be done in any of the following colors and I can order any amount as far as the colors go:
Standard colors include: pink, sky blue, green, emerald green, pacific teal, dark green (forest), charcoal, medium gray, beige, brown, metallic silver, metallic gold, purple, brilliant orange (safety orange), pumpkin orange, goldenrod, medium yellow, primrose yellow, rhodamine red (dark pink), fire red, scarlet, light blue, peacock blue, ultra blue, navy, Fluorescent Green, Fluorescent Red, Fluorescent Pink, Fluorescent Orange, Fluorescent Yellow.

So, if we're all in agreement (as much as possible), then this is the final design for the first run

 

I don't have a problem with this, except, I do not see white on the list.

 

You'll notice black is not on there either. That is how it was sent to me. I know for a fact that black and white are definitely available. It's most likely to be assuming that black and white would be available. I will check, but I'm sure those colors would be available.

**edit - I checked back through the emails that I'd sent to the company. My initial price quote request was for black and white. Also, all of my files sent to them have been black and white. So the short answer for black and white availability is YES.

 

Steve I'm interested in this. Can you PM me with the details. Also I would like to have a color as close to the tungsten grey as possible or the same color as the factory bullitts It's hard to tell from the list you gave which one this may be. Thanks.

 

I did notice black was absent but thought Charcoal was it's representative.

I'm ready to buy as soon as you're ready to sell.

 

PM received count me in if we can get the stripes in the dark grey metalic (similar to tungsten or bullitt wheels)

 

Here is the color chart. I know, I don't see white on there, either. I sent them a reply to make sure white is an option. I'm 99% sure it is, but just to be on the safe side, I'm asking now. Anyway, there is no additional charge if you are going to want any colors on this list. I can get completely custom colors done, but you'll pay more than double, and I certainly don't want to do that to you. Maybe in the future.
