I was actually just about to find this post. Again, the guy has screwed me. After seeing it said "shipped" on my order status, I emailed him for a tracking number. He actually replied to my email, and guess what, no stripes. Here's what he had to say:
So, I really don't know what to do at this point. Right when I'm fed up with him, he responds to my email. If anyone wants to back out, I understand. I'm not worried about these selling if I ever get them. I'm just sorry I made such a bad decision on the sign guy. He had a really nice site and a lot of Mustang stuff, so I figured he'd work out all right. (here's his site http://www.revolution-motorsports.com/) Hopefully it doesn't take too much longer. I absolutely hate making you guys wait.

 

As I mentioned in my last post that I edited, I'm a moderator over @ srtforums where Rev is a vendor. I just sent him a PM stating that I too have been waiting a long time for the stripes, and if he would get them to you ASAP. I hope this helps.

 

Thanks man, hopefully that will help. From what I've read on other boards, when people contact him via the boards, he seems to respond.

Thanks for your help. He did send me an email to tell me of the problems that he encountered, and what extras he is giving me. Just because of the length of time it took, and his failure to respond to most emails, I probably will not use him for the next batch, but he's at least trying to make this right.

 

It's my pleasure to help you. You and your family have been through so much lately...I was not about to let someone rip you off, especially since you were trying to get these for us.

 

The black stripes and a few sets of white stripes arrived today. Unfortunately, he didn't heed my email, and sent them the address that I was at temporarily when I ordered them. I will need to drive about an hour to pick them up. I will try to do that tomorrow. I'll get them all packaged wednesday and ship on Thursday. As soon as I check them out and make sure they are exactly as we were hoping, I will start taking payments for them.

 

Glad to see some progress. If they came out like you wanted, be sure to set aside one of the white sets for Bill (if he still wants a set). IMO, he's done so much for us with his How-To's that he should have the first shot at them.

 

I already worked out something with Bill. His car was the inspiration, and he will have the first set. He's also going to do one of his legendary write-ups. He probably would have chimed in here, but he's out of town until the end of the week.

Stripes look good, from what I can tell. The true test will be when Bill gets them installed. I'm choosing not to install any on mine yet, as I think they would be a bit lonely with nothing else, and am not sure what direction I want to go with, yet.

Paypal me and include your mailing address, and I'll get these out to you guys. As I believe I stated earlier, they will not be precut, so that you may place them like the GT/CS stripe, or on the rocker. I'll send all who have PMed me a pm as well. I've got white for Bill and RUgoinUP?, I have black for everyone else for now. I should be getting more white in a few weeks or so.
