Dealer modified door
Well I took my car in about a week ago to have diagnostics run because I had a check engine light. Problem turned out to be sulphur buildup on some of the sensors in the fuel system so they cleaned it out and told me to stop running racetrack fuel in my car to which I responded I only run Exxon in it. Anyway I was washing it and putting a new coat of wax on it today and noticed a chip at the bottom of the door under the rocker panel stripe, there is a slight dent but it is not noticeable unless you are two inches away from it trying to find the dent. However there is paint scraped off, i'd say a little under half an inch in diameter. Looks to me like one of the service guys opened the door into a curb. I have purchased base coat, clear coat, and rubbing compound from paintscratch.com. I just wanted to get some tips on touching the paint up. Thanks in advance.

I've used the method described here http://http://www.guidetodetailing.com/articles.php?articleId=27
to repair rock chips and on my daughter's keyed car. All the 3M products used are staples in my detailing bin and especially recommend the Unigrit sanding blocks. Good luck with your touch up!
BTW if the scrape is down to the metal you'll want use a primer as well.

They did so many little things to my car. Before my 3rd and final visit they looked over my car top to bottom to make a note of every single ding etc. because they knew I would call them on it.
