We're not 100% done yet under the hood... but here's a teaser.

Anymore under hood pics? and how did the CAI heatshield to shaker tube work out? I'm still trying to decide on who's CAI to go with. Monday can't get here soon enough.![Big Grin](https://themustangsource.com/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)

Thanks for the pics and info. I plan on starting mine this evening. I haven't received mine yet, but I know the people at my local UPS depot and if it's not at home this evening I'm going to go pick it up my self.

My Shaker system is here after chasing UPS down the street. Now if only my car was back from FORD I could start working on this thing :bang:
Don, I see what you mean about the non user friendly bracket. I might fab something up so I can adjust both horizontal and vertical directions on this thing.

Just came to the shop to pic up the tools needed after my kit arrived. Hopefully I'll have some pics in the morning. Just don't expect it to be done, but at least I can start on it.

Oh yea... watch out for the little snafus inherent with that kit... they can eat up some time.

My car is still in the shop but I started to work on the air filter housing. I have connected the inlet tube but I am trying to figure out how I am going to get this thing to work with my MMR intake kit. This could be pretty darn tricky.

don w - can you post a side (profile) view of the front of the car? - I would like to see how far the shaker sits from the windshield.
Thanks -

Ok, I got my shaker installed tonight. Took me about 2 hours. 1.5 of which was just getting the darn throttle body screws reinstalled. What genius thought of that idea.
Anyway, Don. Wouldn't you know it. Mine is not centered either. The trim ring is but the shaker isn't. What a pain. I don't have the tools available to fiddle around with it. Was yours angled towards the passenger side? At the front of the shaker I have 1/2" gap on the passenger side but a 3/4" gap on the drivers side. It is rather noticable and annoys the heck out of me. I have installed the shaker using the stock box and reflash my ECM back to stock settings
For now anyway till I can figure something out. I am going to contact CDC tomorrow regarding the bad alignment.
