There's a windveil GT here that used window tint on the fogs.

It was about $2.99 at PePBoys.
They have a bit of a blue cast to them, but that works out for me.
This is Vinyl Limo tint. Just cut it out with scissors a little larger than the lens and wet them and put them on.
