Finally finished the BSM stripe job. Turned out pretty good, I think, for $120. BSM was great in helping out, quick to answer questions, even replaced a few pieces I messed up on, and I even have some vinyl to put on my GT500 spoiler when I get enough money for it. I think it looks pretty good, and around $600 saved from having my local vinyl shop do it.

10" Gloss Black with 2" gap. Took about 10 hours to install myself, but I could do it in a fraction of that time if I did it again.

Looks great! I love the mineral gray/black stripe combo. I eventaully want to put stripes on mine. Nice grille also!

Looks great, my 10" BSM stripes didn't last, but it wasn't
BSM's fault. I really liked mine while I had em. I really like your color combo.

 

Why didn't they last? (Curiosity)

 

I used an installer. They took my precut kit and instead of just using it as is, they cut and spliced in areas that I didn't think should be cut. The places they cut started peeling and it just got worse. They tried to say BSM's vinyl was terrible, but nobody else seemed to have that problem. Rob at BSM was very helpful throughout the whole deal. But I finally have my painted stripes so life is good.
