Best bulbs for clear corners?

Anyone have any recommendations on good bulbs for clear corner turn signals? I'm looking for a set that doesn't show any amber until they light up, and would prefer bulbs that will last a long time, as once I replace them, I don't want to have to touch them for at least a couple years. Suggestions? Links to where I can buy them?

I am running these chrome/amber bulbs from stang mods for a couple years now with no issue. They are hardly noticable until illuminated.

Thanks Doug. I had looked at those as an option, but hadn't heard how long then tended to last....good to hear they hold up. Might be time to order a set and finally get my clears installed.

I've had my stealth amber for a couple of years also and no problems. I tried some LEDs but they messed up the flasher and they didn't look right to me.

Cool....that's two votes for the Stang Mods....think it's time to order them, so I can get the clears installed.

EDIT: Just ordered a set today.

I found stealth bulbs on eBay for a fraction of the cost everywhere else ($14 shipped), they have been working fine for 3+ months now.

I wondered about those. Keep us posted, I'm sure people would be interested to know how they hold up. I got a decent deal through Stang Mods though, as they had a package deal for both bulbs, plus free shipping.

I used Sylvania Silverstar corner bulbs on other cars that worked very well. Silvery/bluish tinge when off, then amber when turned on.
