Thumbs up

I've seen a lot of threads about the Web Electronics brand sequential turn signals but haven't seen any mention of the CDC ones yet. They are a little cheaper, and I am thinking that they are set up pretty much the same way. I've also heard some complains about the Web Electronics ones that they may sequence too fast and am wondering if this is the case with the CDC ones.

Anyone?

Thanks in advance

I ordered a kit from M&M Electronics for $59. It works great! They were
the first ones with a kit. Easy to unstall took about 1/2 hour.

I don't know about the rest of you. But I don't like cutting anything if I dont have too. These cheaper kits, seems like you have to cut/solder or use quick connects to complete these kits. The more expensive ones are supposed to be plug and play. Well if I ever want to change to regular or get warranty work done on the lights, sure would be a lot easier to unplug and plug back up then to unwire etc. If something goes wrong with your light system they may claim that caused it and void the warranty work. I think its worth the extra 50 buxks or so to have a plug and play system. Just my thoughts tho.

I've had the CDC kit for over a year now trouble free. It' truly plug and play no cutting or splicing. You just replace the factory harness with their harness.

CDC Sequential Turn Signals

I've had mine on an 05 GT since they were first made with no issues. I get good comments. Plug and play, no surpizes, & quick installation. CDC makes quality stuff.

CDC taillight kit is top notch. The looks of all 3 lights per side is the look I wanted as well.

CDC dynamite sticks on my 07 GT. Installed them a year ago in about 15 minutes. Super easy, and look great.

I installed sequentials on my 03 Mach 1 several years ago, and it was a PIA cut 'n' splice deal, but high quality with adjustable flash rate which the CDC does not have.

Took 2.5 hours to do it, so I was super happy about how simple the CDC's for my 07 were to install!

Are just the turn signals sequential on the CDC's? I don't want the break lights to be sequential. I want those all to come on right away!

the brake lights come on from center out and stays on solid.

I hear most all kits do that.

I have the WebElectrics and by running a pair of wires from the ECM connected to the front turn signals you can use these as the trigger signal for the rear. This allows all of the brake lights to come on at once and the sequentials to be triggered only by the turn indicator. This is detailed on WebElectrics site.

Yup. I've had the same ones from webelectricproducts for over a year now where the brake lights all come on at the same time. For some reason it just didn't sit right with me to have sequencing brakes. But like bob said, you do have to run some extra wires from the front to the back (included) and do some soldering. but worth it.
