I hate the tires too. But on the plus side, they will do better in the snow, if and when. That said, I plan on getting 255/50/r17s put on by March 1st. at the latest.

I will keep these babies for winter and or inspection duty.

I still like the 18 inch Fan blades, they rock!

Too bad Ford doesn't offer them as a option right now......

After only 300 miles I find the tires work well.

Car turns in great & is neutral off the apex. Nice firm ride, not intrusive.

I think Ford found the ride too harsh with the 18's & may make some changes before being offered next year. Saw some complaints in CA about rumble stripes being intrusive. Put 18's on & it could be worse.

Try running 35lb cold all around. I think you will find an improvement in the feel & response.
