Adjustable suspension options

I have FRPP shocks, springs and struts. The rear is a little high but overall, the ride height is nearly spot on. As many of you, I have a better half that doesn't appreciate a sport suspension. So the car is completely out for road trips at this point, until I started discussing adjustable suspension setups.

The Tokico D-Specs look like the ticket but I want to be sure. I'd like to have a setup that allows me to keep the same ride height as I have now, but allow for some changes. I'd like to have it fairly firm for normal driving, maybe even crazy firm for a track day, but then adjust it for a road trip to make it as smooth or smoother than stock with the better half in the car.

Here's the link to what I am looking at:

I know many have this setup, so any comments? I have the heavy duty strut mounts, and it looks like I'd be re-using the FRPP springs. Please let me know your thoughts!

could be just what your looking for. That would be my choice other than going back to stock springs
