... will they fit under the 05 with the car lowered using H&R springs?

I don't think mustangtuning offers any 18x8 deep dish bullits. They just make 18x9 and 18x10. And yes, if you were to run 18x9s and lower it they will fit. It depends on the size of the tire. Most guys like running 255/45-18s with those rims.
