The chase lights are really nice. I already have the the sequentails from Web Electric, but should they ever go bad I'll replace them with the chase lights.

I'm pretty sure that they are legal. There would need to be a disclamer if they weren't. An example is tinted headlight covers. They usually say for show or offroad use only.
