I think that it's gonna go 7 though....You'll win it back in Buffalo....who would that match you up against in the next round?

Sorry..had to.
Philly looked HORRIBLE tonight.
Not like they had their backs to the wall or anything...
I actually stopped watching the game after it was 5-0

Hey, you guys deserved it!
7-1 in a playoff game? That's just wrong. I think I would have been more happy to be a Rangers fan this season, at least they kept the game KIND OF close.
The worst part is that alot of Flyers fans are blaming Esche. Being a goalie for 25 years and watching the effort that he put out, especially after game one, it pains me to hear people talking like that. And not so much that they are ripping Esche, but that it goes to show just how much most Philadelphia "fans" don't know about hockey.
I can't remember the last time that I saw a team's defense SAG the way the Flyers did. OMG and SO SLOW! Hatcher and Rathje looked like they were skating with walkers and Desjardins caused at least 3 goals in the series....
Time to blow up the defense!
Anyway, congrats on your team winning the series and good luck in the next round!

Thanks man.
Yeah I feel kinda bad. I mean I wanted Buffalo to win, but THAT's a blowout...
Esche did what he could, i mean he has that terrible habbit of letting rebounds go... but you'd think his defense that KNOWS this... would give him some help.
Buffalo was just too fast....
It'll be a tough series against Ottawa...but we'll see.
Buffalo beat them 3-2 in OT and 7-0 in the last week or 2 before the playoffs. And with Hasek out....i hope he doens't come back.

I hope he does. Pete, how can you be a Buffalo fan? Do your duty and support the Sens.
Cause we all know it's gonna go to Ottawa vs Calgary in the finals. C'mon Kipper!

WOW! The western conference has flip-flopped!
The 1,2,3,4 ranked teams lost to the 5,6,7 and 8th teams!
We must be in bizarro world or something
Has this every happen before? in any sport?

Ottawa Calgary eh? Sorry... maybe Senators/Oilers, but the Flames just got finished, I hate to say it, but the flames looked like they were watching some Canuck tapes, that was the worst game(for the Flames) i've ever seen, they were playing sloppy, hence me comparing them to...sadly my home team, the Canucks.

Ya, I cant argue that. That was definitely the worst game ive seen the Flames play in months. I seriously dont understand how you could be that uninspired at a game 7 at home. Or how they could miss every freaking pass. Looks like the red mile ends early this year...

Bob Clarke pointed something out in an interview the other day....He stated that if you take a look at the teams that were knocked out of the playoffs in the first round, they were the teams with the most players that went to the Olympics.....
Me, I think they should get the major sports league players (NBA, NHL) out of the Olympics. It just takes something away from the whole experience.

Interesting, i never thought noticed that about the first round causalties. Games in the olympics are amazing though, cause theyve got the worlds best playing, if they took pro leagues out it wouldnt be a fair judgement.
