HOT DOG, Tommy T. is finally gone!!!!!!!!

For 10 years I have never liked Auburn's choice for head football coach. I don't who's available but they have to be better then him.

I should ban you both.

I was shocked at them taking so long to make up thier minds. But now that auburn is loosing key recruits over them firing tubbs, they better get someone GOOD in there quick.

Scothew, the man could have gone 13-0 every year at Auburn and I still would have never liked him. I guess I had a problem with them(Auburn) hiring a coach from Ole Miss. I didn't agree with Auburn trying to get Petrino behind his back and now they can't get him because of his contract from what the news said. They were talking about Leach from Texas Tech, I don't know about the spread offense in the SEC. If you don't have a good defense the offense won't matter. Look what happened when TT played Oklahoma.

7-3 in the iron bowl over the 10 years he was there.

Skip I know what your saying. And the problem also with spread offense in the sec, you cant have a small offensive line either, because SEC defenses will run them over as we saw with AU this year.

Very true. They need to start recruiting from farther away then just in the South. I'm sure Tommy T. is a good man, I've heard that from several people and yes his record against Alabama was good but this past year was a fiasco, and why does Auburn keep losing coach's to other schools, i.e. Texas? They should never have gotten rid of Borgess or let Chizik go to Texas.

Be careful what you wish for.

You could always end up with someone like Weis or Willingham, looks good on paper, has good year or two with prior coaches recruits but their recruits aren't really as good.
