For $42m you ca have him. Seriously. Of I were Cowboys I would not have paid more than $24m over 4 years and even then I'd hope he didn't want it.

He is **** sure doing it. If this goes the way most human beings think it will, he may be the most visible and public failure/disaster outside of Obama's presidency. Everyone is commenting on what he's doing, and none of it is supportive or optimistic. Mark Schlereth made a comment the other day that stuck with me: every offensive system is designed to win. No offensive system is designed in such a way that at the end of a game in which you lose 50-0, you can say your system worked perfectly. The ONLY thing that has significantly changed the NFL game in the modern era is the recent awareness of damage done by concussions and the drastic shift toward protecting/favoring the QB/WR's and virtually eliminating defensive backs' previously effective tactics to defend the pass. Kelly is going to look like a fool when he's fired in two years, and the iggles are going to have to scrap the entire roster in their efforts to rebuild an NFL roster instead of Oregon-Ducks-East.
