SEMA CDC Pics

I just can't stand the MRT car. Anyway, I can just image how much the glass roof will raise the car insurance price. Almost like owning a vert. Higher risk of body injury in an accident.

i made the picture brighter (a little trick i picked up from Doug ^_^ )and it looks like they took off those ugly head light covers
and the turn signal in the front is blacked out, and the gills in the head light section are plainted black

An alternative would be having glareless covers. You know how the have those prescription glasses that dont show ANY glare.

I didn't read through the whole thread, but the chin spoiler looks a little reminiscent of the '70 MACH 1..... I think it's better than most of the other crap that rolled out at SEMA.... I don't know that I like any single total package... I like bits and pieces from several body kits. I think one of the coolest features on this kit, though, is the open headlight cans....

There were five mustangs at SEMA which had the CDC glass roof. The Saleen car had there own version of the roof. The Difference between the two is that the Saleen car modified the front and rear window to accomidate for the roof. The CDC version is intended for retail sale and will be a simple install that will not requre any modification to the front or rear glass. The CDC glass is solar reflective and protective. This is why it has a silver carbon fiber look to it. It is designed to keep over 85% of the suns heat out of the vehicle. Also, all the roof supports in the 05 Mustang are around the outside of the roof and are left in tact with the install of this roof, the only thing that is cut is sheet metal so no rigidity is lost.

The MRT car is the best looking aftermarket car so far, but I do have a question or two, Does anybody have a clue what kind of work would be involved with putting on the duckbutt spoiler and the slotted window louvers or better yet an estimated price?
