Crazy, do you remember which article that was? The more recent MM&FF article on the Stage 2 or one of the others?

I am interested in reading up a little more on that kind of handling.

Mustang Enthusiast Feb 2006.

Sorry, I misquoted it slightly. It says "consistently logged greater than 1g with a peak of 1.1"

I drove a 2002 stage 3 360R. It was very impressive. I, too, will look at the Roush if Shelby falls through.

...And this is on a solid rear axle, folks.

Roush has a great group of engineers that work closely with Ford R&D. I like their philosophy about what a street car should be. It seems to be paying off with this generation of Roush Mustang offerings. I'm really waiting to read some more reviews of the Stage 3 with much anticipation.

That said, I wish they would make a non-warranty type supercharger kit for the Mustang with either a M112(H?) supercharger or a twin-screw, with all of their OEM-type attention to detail. They could utilize the airbox and rubber tube from the upcoming GT500 and have the throttle body setup similar to the GT500. Now I'm dreaming... Maybe I will write them.

I wish they would make the performance without the bling. The styling is a little strong for my taste. I like the Wheel/Tire package and stance, but, I could do without the hood scoops and mulitiple lights.

tell you what changing the exhaust on these things is a pain in the rear. All the new exhaust all come with the tips welded on... so you have to go get a new pair to fit measurements or just cut it down. Almost too much work for the sound.

And you have done a real nice job!! In the picture, the beauty of the car is simply stunning.. Its more than likley that at some point in the future, I will choose the Roush body kit, for the simple fact that from any angle you view the car, it truley captures your imagination with breathtaking lines and stance.. You have captured the essence of the Roush body kit with this particular picture.. Are you a photographer by trade?

Thanks! I'm not a photographer, I just got lucky with the shot. The car really does draw a lot of appreciation, especially with the exhaust setup I have - if I gun it, the thing roars perfectly. I just got back from the golf course and some guy in a Chevy truck chased me down to give me the thumbs up and tell me my car "Rocks!"
