I guess if I had to make a wish it would be SMG. I actually wouldn't mind if they dropped the T56 in favor of a good 5-speed gearbox, or at least found a better 6-speed. And 500 hp would be nice, but I'll take "anything" as long as they're using a twin screw blower to get it

SMG would be one, nothing like <100 msec., perfectly throttle-matched WOT shifts.
DFI (direct fuel injection (into the cylinders)) would be another. Greater power, emission and efficiency. Audi is able to run something like a 12.5:1 compression ratio with their new A6 V6 which is only 3.2 liters but has something like 255 hp and 243 trq.
IRS would be nice too, of course, for a car that dances as well as it sprints.
