well... something went very wrong... the ground strap on the spark plug was pushed down and over and was up against the electrode which is why the cylinder was dead... I fixed the spark plug.. the car actually runs pretty good but it has a VERY LOUD valve train and a lot of exhaust backfire... No loud knocks or noise from the block area... all the noise is up top in the head...

Unfortunately it's Lidio's busiest time of year... so he won't be able to get me in for couple of weeks...

Nice video John - pretty darn impressive under the circumstances. I hope it's not too serious and that you get back on all 6 soon. Please let us know what caused the malfunction after you find out.

I'm surprised you haven't torn that thing down yet, I sure couldn't wait a couple of weeks to get her back up. Anyway, it's just the cost of searching for HP. Good luck, hopefully it's just a bent valve or a bad spring, I wouldn't be driving it though, or racing it. A bent valve can lose the head of the valve in a tick a broke spring can drop the whole valve , then you would have a big problem.

The poor Mistress is parked... we're trailering her down to MRT on Sunday.... You have to remember... it's spring time in Michigan which means all the shops are EXTRA BUSY! LOL!
