Jet Performance Chip for v6

Hi! I just got my jet performance chip for my v6....The sound coming from my exhaust sounded "throatier"...It also feels a little perkier with overdrive off(i have an auto)...is there anyone else out there use this chip?? if so, anybody dyno their car?? Hp gains????????? What is your opinion on this tuning chip????
