Check your local junkyard...leather seats can be found quite frequently on eBay, but I have also been looking for black carpet to swap from my tan. Aside from some custom upholstery, if you want black you can dye your carpet..won't be quite the same though. Just remember to check the junk and "salvage" yards in your area. Heck, someone might even want to swap carpets with you.
