I know flowmaster is selling an exhaust kit for the GT, but I'm not planning on putting dual exhaust on my V6 anytime soon. But I do really like the looks of the black muffler and the chrome tip, etc of the kit they sell for the GT. Does anyone know if they will be releasing a single pipe version of this kit for the V6? If not, would this one work with a GT bumper installed? Personally, I would love to see a one-pipe version for the stock V6-- anyone else?

EDIT: here is a link Flowmaster GT Exhaust Kit

I don't know if they'll be releasing one for the V6, but those will definately work (at least the right one out of the box)
You could save the left one for untill you get duals, that would look real clean with the black chambers

** GOOD NEWS **

For all you V6'ers, I just gave Flowmaster a call yesterday and I am happy announce that they are on the drawing boards and in the process of desinging a Dual Version Kit for the V6 Mustang. They were unable to give me a release date since they started putting their heads together beginning of this month. But there will be a V6 Dual Flowmaster Kit coming soon, I thought I'd pass the word.

I wonder if they will also offer the right side only as a quick bolt-on mod?

That's what I'm interested in as well. At least to hold me over if someday I decide I want duals.

We should probably start an e-mail campaign to show interest

Good idea, I have been unable to find an e-mail address however. On their website under the contact section is says in big bold letters:

"Website Orders Only
This form is not for contacting Sales or Technical Information!
For Sales and Technical Support in the USA Call: 1-800-544-4761"

If anything, we'll have to start a telephone barrage.
