Zodiac got most of the questions answered for me, thanks guy! Except for for the 91 perf and 91 Torq question. The difference between these two programs is the RPM operation that the power is aimed at. The Torque program is more for the daily driving rpm, from 1500-3500 rpm's where as the Performance has great torque but it outperforms the Torque program on the top end from about 4000 up.

The reason I break these two tunes apart is the Torque program is great downlow but it gives up a few in the upper RPM range, not where you'll see it under normal driving but at the track where you're reving the car to the max the performance program will do a small bit better. I just like giving my customers more options then the everyday SCT dealers and also showcasing that my tunes are different.

Thanks, Doug.

What can I say Doug, Im your number one fan probably number 1 advertiser on these forums... aside from that huge banner at the top haha. You've been a dream to deal with dude.. I wish everyone was as supportive, informative, and as easy to deal with. You've done me right, so I do you right in return.

I second that...You're an excellent business man Doug. I get the feeling you have a sincere interest in the satisfaction of your customers. It's been a pleasure dealing with you! I'll be sure and recommend you to any who ask for my opinion on where they should get the products you offer.

Thanks guys,

My main focus is on customer support, I don't sell 1000's of products nor do I have a huge advertising budget so I depend heavily on my good name to get the word out. I true rely on one way of treating people...

Treat someone as I would like to be treated

I know that if I were to spend nearly $400 on a product then I would expect some form of customer service or atleast someone to truly answer my question in the fullest both before and after the sale. Granted it's not like I'm selling you my soul for that price don't be confused but I'm here for you as much as I can be if you have any questions or comments.

Thanks, Doug904.
