I had the dampener tsb put on mine and don't have the 1600 vib at all anymore. I still have a slight 890-900 drone. Had it in last week and they said is a pressure valve for the transmission. The part just came in so I will take the car in tonight.

I have to give my dealer credit. They have listend to everything I have told them and checked the issues out.

I'll let you all know how it comes out.

I took the car in last night they changed a selinoid in the tranmission and I don't have any vibrations anymore. It also seems to shift alot better.

The Ford hotline is the one that told them to check this part. This may be something you all want to get checked.

Anyone have a copy of the TSB 05-08-06 referenced in this forum that relates to exhaust dampers? Also looking for the Ford TSB 18454 that appears to address 800 & 1500 RPM vibration, but it is under Auto Trans TSB.
Thanks.

WB, do you have any additional info on the part that they changed? I had the damper put on my car for the 850 drone and got no help to either the drone OR the 1500 Vibration. I'd like at least ONE Of these things to go away. If I have some more specific info to drop on my dealer, it could help them out.

Let me know if you have anything.
