Yea, I know I need to prioritize it for sure.

So, who has the best prices on BMR goodies?

Impressive list, but you'll have a most impressive car when you get through that list. Did you exclude these two items or just not think of them?
Auto tranny shifter
heads ported and maybe O-ringed

Yes, I have thought of them, but decided to not include them. First, there is not an auto shifter on the market yet, so no need to put it on the list. And I have been considering P&P on the heads, but I'm not sure about the bang for the buck there. Same goes for cams (if they ever actually come out). I'm not looking to squeeze every last hp out of this car. With a built bottom end, I should be able to make plenty of hp to run mid 11s consistently. I'm not looking to add a roll bar, so 11.50 in the 1/4, and 7.20 in the 1/8, are really the lower limits for me anyway right now.

And keep in mind, this list is what I'm looking to do in the next month or so only... not long-term.

I just talked to Adam (who has talked to Art Carr Performance), and we're going to send my entire trans to Art Carr for a total custom rebuild to work with my blower set-up. I'm not an auto trans expert (in fact, I know very little about how they work), so I don't know all the details about what they will do, but it's supposed to be "bullet proof" when they are done. They are going to give me a custom-built 2800 stall TC, and rework all the internals. And in the end, it will be setup via the tune to have nice manners on the street, and then a reflash for the track to make it a race version. And before you ask about the price... don't. I won't reveal that info. But, in a few weeks, I'll be sure to tell you how it works... both on the street and at the strip.

I talked to a Performance Transmission shop here in Killeen about making my Auto bullet proof but they already were loosing me when the quoted $675 to install my gears and driveshaft.
I see Art Carr Performance is about 4 hours from me, let me know how it goes. I am very interested...

Well, the "spendfest" is heating up... today was BMR's turn. I ordered the following:

Radiator Support/Sway Bar Delete
Adjustable LCAs with poly bushing/rod-end combination
Adjustable UCA w/poly bushing
Adjustable Panhard Rod/Panhard Relocation Bracket
Moser Differential Cover

Next up will probably be the line locks and brakes, and maybe the driveshaft. I need to make sure I have parts available so I can work on the rest of the car while the tranny is out getting rebuilt, and the engine work is going on at Adam's shop.

Talk about March Madness... sheesh.

You really should change the title of the thread to "Wi$h Li$t" That's what my list is called and it's about 1/5th that length.

Don,
Your new wish list still has a Teskid or 05 3v block on it. Are you still looking for one?
