Will this Whipple Supercharger fit?

I have a 2007 mustang GT/CS Manual and I found a sweet deal on a Ford Racing Whipple supercharger that i am extremely interested in. The issue is that it is from a 2010 Mustang GT, also a manual. I know that the engines are the same (4.6L V8), but I know there has to be some kind of difference because whipple sells the 2010 model seperately from the 05-09. What other parts, mods, etc would need to be done in order for this to fit in my Stang, if even possible.? Any help would be AWESOME!

Call this number. They will be able to answer anything you could ask. I got my Whipple from them and it went right in with no problems...

Only issues I can think of off hand are:

- CAI for the 2010 is different. In the 2005-2007 Whipple kit the CAI was the open filter cone design, in 2008-2009 they had an enclosed airbox CAI (mainly for emissions reasons), and in 2010 they again used an enclosed airbox but designed for the newer body style.
I'm running a 2007 open one on my 2008, so it's not a huge deal.. just has tuning implications.

- The water cross over on your 2007 might be different then the 2010. I know my 08 has the newer style cross-over.. not sure when Ford changed it. It's not too hard to convert the older style to the newer style, there are a few threads floating around on doing it. If you have the older style and do not want to convert it, I have the older style cross-over that came with my kit I can sell you, but the part isn't that cheap.

- You can't use the ProCal tuner FRPP provides. I have two different vouchers for a FRPP Procal and neither are any good sense they're for a 2007 GT and mine is a 2008..
They said something about the CAI being different causing tuning issues and the ECU codes being different.. Basically I just had to get a custom tune / tuner instead of using the FRPP one.

That's all I can think of right now. If you have anyother questions shoot me a PM. I've been running the Whipple on mine sense 2009 and have installed it 3 different times now (various upgrades).

Or you could call Whipple and ask them what the difference is.
