Only down fall to jack the back of the car you need 4 jacks!
you have to lift the suspension and then lift the body off the suspension.
So if theres a flat it means you must call a tow truck...
I'm not sure I follow you there...

shifty, can you post exactly what you have on your car in that department again, tire brand, model, size, where you got the rims, what springs, and anything else i need to know to copy you exactly? thank you!

also, any rubbing or other little things you have noticed/wished you had done.

Nitto 555R drag radials 305/35/18's. I've got the 1.25/1.75 drop springs from BMR. My rims are 18x10 bullitts from mustangtuning. No rubbing at all. Only thing I didn't like about the rims is you have to use 1/4" spacers on the front. I'm also thinking about stepping up to the 305/45/18's just for the extra sidewall. It looks like they'res plenty of room.

No no. I've got 255/45/18's on the front. They're on matching deep dish 18x9 wheels. No spacers in the back. You're not gonna want to run drag radials on the fronts. I've just got the normal 555's on the front.

From what I was told when you jack the rear body of the car the bump stops would rotate into the way and you would not be able to mount it.
Of course thats what I was told from a local Discount Tire

The bump stops? Is that from interference with the tire or the wheel? I'm pretty familiar with these cars now, and I'm just not picturing what you're describing.

SHIFTY
I am going to order new Nittos in the 305/45/18 size and would be very pleased if you would use a yard stick on the side of your 305/35/18 and project the side wall up into the fender to make sure they would not rub before I order. We have the same drop with our springs. Just too many $$ to be wrong on this one. Thanks in advance.

Maybe not on a family car but if you look around rarely do you see the same pattern or size on performance cars.

Ok I must have missed the update on this thread and something is wrong with my old screen name so this is shifty. Fuel **** is a racing club I'm a part of and that's my Texas banner so you could probably get one if you join but thats the only way to get one. I'll take some pictures tonight and get the yard stick out to see how much room I have. I'm sure the 305/45/18's will fit, I'm gonna get them the next time I change tires.

It's 27.25 inches to the fender and 25.875 inches to the top of the tire on the 305/35/18's. So you've got 1 and 7/8ths inches to work with.
