Well... I didn't buy this car for the MPG. If it goes up, fine.. If it goes down, fine. I can't keep my foot out of it anyway so it doesn't even matter. Kudos to you C.R. @ Tillmanspeed. Thanks again man. I'll be back in November for those CMDP's!!!

After about a month, I've noticed an overall reduction from 17.2 to 16.8 mpg; not that it matters. As Shwako1967 said, "I didn't buy the car for the mpg".

Steeda CAI w/elbow and Brenspeed 93 performance tune.

I saw improved mileage with both the K&N Aircharger (untuned) and the C&L Racer (tuned).

Although, like others said, this isn't the type of car to worry oneself about gas mileage. With that said, I actually get (slightly) better mileage when I get up to speed in a hurry. "Spirited" driving, as its called, not the econobox crawl or racing from every stoplight.

Mine has been terrible since I installed a JLT and the Bama 93 torque tune. I never had a tank under 17 MPG since I bought the car and my first full tank after the tune was 14.2 even with 70 hightway miles mixed in there! It's not my right foot either because it's been rainy, cold, and snowy since the whole time. I wonder if there's a problem with my tune. On my second tank I have had almost 50% highway miles and I just cracked 13.8 MPG's on the way into work.

I have a C&L Street with a SCT Livewire canned tune for the moment. It's only been 2-3 tanks of 93 so far and I have maybe a 1 mpg increase. It's hard to tell with mine though as I put them both on with only 1300 miles on the OD.

So who wrote the tune?

I got 10% improvement in efficiency on the highway with JLT2 and 93 octane torque tune from Doug. 93 octane costs 10% more but I get that back in efficiency. The improvement in accleration was worth the equipment cost.

Winter gasoline mixtures and poor road conditions have an effect. I get about 2-3mpg worse in the rain, and up to 5mpg worse in the rain with winter gas.

Just put the same thing on my car and just cruising it's up to about 22 from almost 20. As long as I play nice and don't bury the throttle. And I've only been driving with it since Wednesday. Now I'm waiting on a tuner so I can put on the 95mm MAF and see what that does.

I usually get 28 mpg @ 75 mph and on the first tank with the JLTII and Bama Race Tune 93 Oct I got 30 mpg @ 75 mph.
This could be an anomoly however.

However considering I got a 0.61 and 4.33 mph improvement from my best time in similar conditions stock I could care less!
Stock Times in Sig are with 600' DA better air.

I figured this but I didn't hit this hard last winter. I sent an email to BamaDoug with me results to see if he has any input. I've also had a slightly different idle since.

I'm currently averaging around 20-21 around town.... sadly my hwy mileage seems to have taken a hit. I have the K&N with a superchips tune and am running premium.

It's just the canned SCT tune that comes with their tuners.
*edit* (SCT has an intake selection screen where you can choose the type of intake you are running)*end edit*

I had to wait till after Xmas to get anything for the car due to the possiblity of friends/family getting me stuff for the stang. Now that Xmas is over I'm getting an off-road H, probably some Stingers, and an A/F (O2) for the Livewire. I'll get a custom tune done after I get them installed.
