Where to mount the Autometer Nexus Boost sensor?

I have it all wired up and working, but i need a permanent placement for the boost sensor inside my engine compartment.

i thought of double sided tape and zip ties.. not quite happy with it that way.

Any tips would be appreciated

How about running a vacuum tube, and mounting the sensor inside of the driver's wheel well behind the inner fender wheel plastic? It's really easy to get to, just take off the wheel and pop out some plastic trim screws. And it's a straight shot from there to the grommet that leads inside the cabin behind the brake pedal.

I remote mounted my fuel rail pressure sensor there, so the supercharger wouldn't vibrate it to death and cause premature failure.

Here's some pics:

You can see I zip tied the sensor to another bundle of wires. The blue wire is for the shift light, and you can see the clear 1/8" vinyl tube for my mechanical boost gauge. The brown 10 gauge wire is going back to the trunk for the Boost a Pump.

thanks for the pics hatchman!
btw.. how much is your FP gauge reading on idle?
i've seen all kinds of theories, how 39psi fuel pressure with 20h.g vacuum would read 28psi on the gauge.. and again about how the whipple messes about with this, and in turn my fuel gauge bouncing all over the place (and dropping below 20psi sometimes while i'm revving it) is just a whipple thing :S

Check out a video of the gauge

as for my FP sensor.. i welded a little bracket directly onto the passenger side FP, and bolted the sensor on it

Looks the same as mine. Right around 29 at idle, and dips down to just below 20 after you blip the throttle.
