If they fix your ride I suggest getting the cervinis cowl 2.5 hood and the GT500 front clip.

Ok this is a topic I know quite a bit about...
If they don't total it. Tell them you want "DIMINSHMENT OF VALUE" paid to you.
This is the difference between what the car is worth pre-loss vs. repaired.
A rule of thumb is 1/2-2/3 the price of the repairs.
The insurance company WILL push back and say no. You then need to hire a cheap as dirt attorney and sue the lady who hit you; not the insurance company. (she will be covered by the insurance company by default)
Instead of going to court, the insurance company will pay 9-10 times.
Tell them you want 100% of the cost of the repairs paid to you as "diminishment of value".
Also, it doesn't hurt to throw in "I can't sleep since the wreck, and I need viagra...."
Most likely they will offer 1/2-2/3 the cost of repairs. That is the usual and customery amount.

Then you'll have your car back AND enought for a supercharger, or Gold plated emblems.

I am not for screwing ppl and I am not for breaking the law, but I have worked with insurance companies for the last 7 years and IT IS THEIR JOB TO SCREW YOU OUT OF AS MUCH MONEY AS POSSIBLE.

I hope you guys that are getting hit are beating those responsible to within an inch of their life. I ticket people for excessive speed usually for a car off the road unless they are trying to avoid a deer or something like that but let me get sent to an accident where someone in a POS ran a light and ruined a nice car (especially american muscle)... I'm writing a handful.

I looked under the car, and the front end is pretty ugly.
The K member is all tweaked out of shape, and basically bent toward the drivers side about 15 degrees or so. the rack and pinion is trashed, tie rod is hosed, it looks like the whole front end is bent toward the drivers side...I would be surprised if it isnt totaled. not sure if it will be the same ever again...I need more corona....and more limes....

Fortunately there was no frame damage , so they're going to fix it. The driver's side front suspension is shot and both wheels on the drivers side are scratched up. On the bright side , the chin spoiler and front fascia had a couple of dings that needed to be painted , so that'll get done for free now. They also going to install my SHR flush mount louvers and only charge me for installing the one side , since the driver's side quarter panel has to be replaced and they would have to install a glass anyway. So I guess there's a little good that came out of this ...
