I know I promised this months ago but with the hot weather didn't think it was an accurate representation. I was right.

Going back to April 30 2005, cool/cold (<65) weather. Was running stock intake, 3.31 gear, stock exhaust, Diablo 91oct tune. This was my best 60' and the best overall time.
60' 2.145
330 5.923
1/8 9.032 @ 79.55

Friday night, cool/warm weather (65-70). Offroad x-pipe, c&l intake, Alternative Auto 93oct tune. Pretty much what's in my sig now.
60' 2.185
330 5.884
1/8 8.896 @ 81.84

As you can see, mph went up by 2 and time dropped by .136. My 60 time was actually worse by .04 friday. If I can make it back this coming Friday I'll run the M/T's and hopefully bring the 60' time down. My best ever 60' is just 2.132 so it won't come down much. I wish I knew the trick to get the Auto's down in the 60' department, nothing I've tried has worked. The M/T's are consistant though, never more than .05 off from run to run where the street tires can swing over .2 some runs.

Also I plan on going to the 1/4 strip mid october for longer runs.

I ran last Thursday in Jersey, and with the Alternative Auto 89 tune and 4.10 gears I managed 13.47 @103.11. I could not get beloe 2.05 for my 60 foot.

My best time stock was 13.6@99.83

I'm have an auto with k&n and 93 bamachips tune, I'm running 13.8's all day long best 13.860. Not sure what I can do to get a little bit better times that I see many people getting. Is everyone taking weight out of the vehichle? Although I'm sure if I lost some weight myself I could shave a tenth off, LOL

14 Oct 2005 8:17 pm and 9:14pm respectively, temp in the low 60's, running MT Streets.

r/t .191
60' 2.099
330 5.835
1/8 8.900 @ 80.53
1000 11.457
1/4 13.765 @ 100.52

r/t .081
60' 2.100
330 5.814
1/8 8.865 @ 80.89
1000 11.409
1/4 13.708 @ 100.96

This is .3 faster than my best run in the spring with the old set up. Maybe with another converter I could bring the 60' time down. After my first run, 2nd car in line, a Nova set up for racing lost it, hit the center barrier and flipped into the next lane. Luckily the other driver noticed he was losing it and slowed down, and was able to steer around the crash. I didn't see it, but wife did, and others backed it up, the guy was losing it at every shift and finally lost it completely. What happened to backing down when it's not safe? Guy was an idiot. No one was hurt, just one scared camaro owner!
