first my mods..auto gt, C&L intake with 93torque tune with xcal 2 from doug at bamachips, TBS, and slp loudmouths. I live in humid florida..
second run..
R/T=.056, 60'=2.08, 1/8=8.821 mph=82.27, 1/4=13.57, mph=102.84
now I can't wait for this cold weather to hit so i can get low 13's.

Cool bro!!
Where did you run??
I have an auto and ran it at Moroso in West Palm beach in midday months back with like 138 degree track temp - pulled off a 13.6 at 101 (JLT and 93 tune).
I am eager for another shot with better temp and humidity conditions.....

I went to the track a few weeks ago for my first time ever and my fastest time was 14.5 with my then stock GT. Life would be much easier at the track with an automatic. My launches were terrible with a 60' of around 2.3-2.4. Basically I'd top out in 3rd gear at the 1/4 mile mark. I ran a couple times with my TC on by accident and got 15.5s. I guess I need more practice. The 1/4 mile mark is at the big display signs right? The track I was at wasn't painted or anything.

yeah..it's easy with an auto at the track. I just mashed the gas! no wheelspin whatsoever.. doug's torque tune is perfect for the track. downside is now I have to buy a helmet. anything below a 14sec 1/4mile needs a helmet..arghh.

nice to see some other '05's around the Moroso area. I havent been up there in a few months due to heat/rain/hurricanes/etc but it would be cool if anyone that uses that track all went up to a test and tune on the same night. I have only ever seen two other '05's there when i was running. btw nice run cambo especially for this weather.

Yeah I had to go through that too. Good thing a local motorcycle shop was having an end of the year sale. Ended up paying 135

yeah..the track here is good..can't wait for the cold fronts. my brother has a motorcycle helmet that i can use so I'm good to go! I only saw older mustangs there. never seen an 05 there yet. my friend told me there were a couple last week thursday running 13's..wonder if they're on these boards. I talked to this guy with an 03 svt cobra with an intake, predator tune, pulley, i think headers and removed his cats, and he ran a 12.3 that night on stock tires..his car was frickin fast!
