Yao... if you can make it over to your dealer isntaller for a look and listen, it would be helpful. It is really difficult to make a guess about noise from newly installed suspension pieces without being present.
YES... if they didn't cut off the bump stops, that would be the ones just to the outside of the spring location on top of the axle housing... I recommend cutting them to about 1" height and if your UCA still has a bump stop it should be looked at as well, I believe about a 1/2" off that one might be enough... I am not sure about that. I have the BMR adj. UCA and it doesn't have a bump stop.
The only way the d-specs could be making noise is if they sent you a shock that was intended to be used with the OEM springs, if they did that, the shocks will bottom out inside the tube and that will cause harsh ride and make noise.
Lowering without using a LCA relocation brackets might allow the lower control arm to contact the mounting bracket, not likely, but could happen. Also, have them check for the over the axle exhaust pipe, it might be hitting on the body now that the car is lowered. I believe that only requires adjusting (bending) the hanger to allow some clearance.
Hey partner... don't get discouraged. It will be worth it when you get this worked out.
Have a great day..
